“Ambiguity” have an important role in enhancing the quality of the poems. Salman Savoji used Ambiguity to create artistic ambiguity, solidarity, and internal music. The purpose of this article is to study Ambiguity and its functions in the poems of Salman Savoji. In Salman`s poems, Ambiguity used to in a way that we can understand both the close and the far meaning of the words or it is very difficult to choose one of the meanings which results in an artistic ambiguity. He also enhanced the rhythm of his poems by contrast and symmetry which are the results of “ambiguity”. The relation that is made between the words of the poem by “ambiguity” results in a great solidarity. “Eiham Tanasob” along with other kinds of rhetoric and other forms of imagery used in his poems cause to distinguish his poetry language from prose, enhance the capacity of his poetry language to motivate the feelings of the readers, and according to the cooperation of the readers in creating the meaning the reader becomes an active one and results in artistic satisfaction.

AbstractAllusion enriches the form of a work and gives its meaning depth by association of familiar events; consequently, it makes readers mind overfilled of literary pleasure. Poets enjoy this figure of speech as a poetical device for various purposes. Mohammad - e Salmani, contemporary lyric poet (born 1334), in his two books; Ghazal-e Zaman (Times Ghazel) and Dar be Dar Darpeye Nayaaftanat (Looking for Finding You Not) that have made published by now, had a special tendency to the allusion. This article has paid attention to his allusions to the Shahnameh and has analyzed all 22 founded specimens in that two absolved-named books in a rhetorical specifically poetical method. Meanwhile according to Salmani’s manipulations, innovations, negligence and possible mistakes, the main purpose of the article is to show aesthetically some of the poet abilities that concerned with association of allusion. In this deep research, it was found that Salmani in the application of mythical allusions to the Shahnameh has avoided from raw story telling as far as possible and observed other necessaries like ambiguity as well as. Also it was revealed that Salmani is very interested in character of Siavash. Also it was found that Salmani, concerned with the name of some characters, has made some few mistakes.It is necessary to say that with this approach no research has been done about Salmani’s poetry.

AbstractThe present article is an attempt to investigate the place of reason from the point of view of Mawlavi in the tow areas of argumentation and intuitive perceptions and experiences of schools of argumentation and mysticism respectively. In intuitive perception, we have focused on the knowledge of Allah and for reasons we have referred to it as reality. The criterion for our investigation has only been Mawlavi’s Mthnavi, not all his works. in Mawlavi’s Mthnavi, reason in creation and substance has a unique place regarding the function and management of material life and gaining argumentative sciences as well as perceptive and experiential knowledge, so as no substance can achieve its status and Mawlavi refers to it with high admiration. In Mawlavi’s view, however, the reason is not allowed to enter the realm of “the other sense”, knowledge of aesthetics and intuition perceptions beyond material reasoning, understanding habitual acts and miracles of the prophets and especially, understanding the beauty of the Right and arriving at the reality of knowledge the result of which is love.

anedote and story is the most subject in narratologies analysis. in narratology we collection different theories to survey various dimention of story.in this reaserch we used from the famous and well known narratologiest's opinion like ' todorv, propp, greimas, bermon, genette , barthes' and etc to survey the story in viewpoint of love and its position.in mystic texts the first and the most important thing is cognition of love.at first we separatly analysis the story and then survey viewpiont of love.in ' sadr jahan' story which is one of the most validity and one of the deepest in masnawi's narratives , love has basic and important position , therefore we tried to survey the power of mollana's narratology.in this resaerch the writer tried to use from famous narratologies votes and opinions to find new view point of mollana's personality and his poly narratology to this mist story.

Abstract: formalism theory is one of the literary criticism flows that was emerged in Moscow during the first decade of the twentieth century. Proponents of this theory paid attention to patterns related to form and shape of literary text. Formalists believe that the literalness of text is resulted from familiarization. Applying this tricks delays and develops the meaning of text and as a result the exploitation of reader. In this regard, due to the specific attitude of Rumi and unique experiences of him when writing Masnavi, has used different morphological and syntactic applications and by disrupting grammatical rules created natural birth of poem and prominence of his poetic language. This paper tries to specify the effect of these tricks on audience by studying and analyzing the application methods of proposition in Masnavi. Rumi place in Persian literature, the necessity of studying about him and the lack of other studies in this regard specifies the significance of study. The results of study show that Rumi with unusual applications of preposition in different morphological and syntactic levels has provided the Prominence of language and the dual impact of Masnavi on audience.

In this article we have explained the envisioning of Rumi's poetry in one from Story of Masnavi named Daquqi and his magnificence that How pure thoughts mystic and fantasy of Rumi Presented Masnavi reader. This article looks at how poetic Rumi's Masnavi stories, the stories of Daquqi and his magnificence have discussed and shown how pure thoughts mystic Rumi's Masnavi has offered readers within imagery and metaphor and simile and metaphor allegorical has used successfully. In this article, multiple imagery and illustrated in the story of Daquqi is why Masnavi in telling stories with poetic language is privileged and cannot be compared with any other work.

"Le principe du respect du contradictoire", on dit aussi "principe du respect de la contradiction", s'applique à tous les états de la procédure. Il exige que le demandeur informe le défendeur de sa prétention, que les parties échangent leurs conclusions et leurs pièces, que les mesures propres à l'établissement de la preuve soient menées en présence des parties et de leurs conseils, que les débats soient eux memes contradictoirement menés, que le jugement soit rendu en audience publique à une date dont les parties ont été tenues informées par le juge lors de la clôture des débats. Relativement à l'application du principe du respect du contradictoire, la Cour de Cassation a rappellé .le caractère impératif du «principe de la contradiction». Elle a en cassé l'arrêt d'une cour d'appel ayant interdit à une société appelante, d'une part, de répliquer aux intimés du chef de leurs appels incidents respectifs et lui ayant interdit, d'autre part, de produire les pièces réclamées par la sommation de communiquer des intimés. L'arrêt de la Cour d'appel avait motivé cette interdiction en considérant que l'ordonnance du Premier président fixant l'affaire pour être plaidée, avait établi avec l'accord des parties, un échéancier de leurs conclusions, que cette ordonnance ne prévoyait pas de réponse. Le respect du contradictoire a été aussi appliqué au cas où la cour d'appel avait rendu un arrêt visant des conclusions écrites du ministère public, intervenant en qualité de partie jointe, sans constater que l'une des parties avait eu communication de ces conclusions et des pièces jointes, ni qu'elle avait eu la possibilité d'y répondre.

For the analysis of literary texts and worthy of recognition, the pure elements more and more original part of the same work there. For the vowel, words, sentences and ways of linking these elements that convey the meaning in effect types. The use of words and how they are laid out in an effective manner, its language and alter the specific language. This study is the artistic use of verbs in the remainder of the 11th century AH wrote one hand, the Court of unknown poets of the 10th century AH, Henry called "Caliph" to determine part of the literary style of the poet's poems, review. It is derived from a verb, and never more than three or four poems seen action in every bit of the benefit of these actions show the artist in the literal and spiritual eloquence and beauty of creation. The use of the verb pair adjacent to the conflicting statements, current Syghhhay repeat, repeat the previous action and the use of combinations of verb rhetorical style of the poet's poems. The most frequent rhetorical devices can be distinguished, contrast, sequence and Homaee, homogeneity, and in some cases the permissible limit, Mshaklh, fitness and paradox named.
