Repeat as one of the innovative array significant role in the poem is responsible and if used property, repetition can trace on the aspects of aesthetics and poetical works repeated in modern poetry were highly regarded and somhow, plays the role of rime and row in classic poetry . Repeats at different levels (voice, syllables, words and sentences or phrases) is present in modern poetry and contemporary poets use it have been different, how to develop good meaning and effects and what about taking advantage of the melody and words of song. One poets repeated in his poetry had many functions, is sohrab sepehri.
Considerning the importance of repeatition in poetry sepehri target article is that in addition to mentioning several cases of repeated, to pay functions in his poetry. The results show that the most important functions of repeatition in the sepehri poem are: create unity between poet and reader, detailed content, reinforcement inner music, create a sense of creativity and feritility, create new concepts and components, prevent farailty poetry, secondary meanings expressed through repeated, highlighting themes, create a poem association, create unity of poetic expression, induction of specific meaning through repeated vajha, transfer inner sense, create multiple entries in poetry and maintaining mental shape poetry
